The project:

A landmark programme involving the delivery of premium buildings and supporting infrastructure for a prestigious private estate. The project encompasses a diverse portfolio of high-value developments, requiring exceptional standards of design, planning, and execution.

Lead the planning, coordination, delivery assurance and stakeholder integration of complex infrastructure projects and packages, bringing senior project management discipline, technical infrastructure insight and delivery experience to ensure outcomes are achieved safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Manage end-to-end infrastructure project delivery from strategy, planning and mobilisation through design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and closeout.
•    Establish robust project governance, delivery controls, baseline schedules, cost controls, risk management, issue resolution and reporting rhythms aligned with programme requirements.
•    Integrate multidisciplinary technical inputs across civil, utilities, transport, buildings, public realm, systems, interfaces and enabling works to support coordinated delivery.
•    Manage senior stakeholders, authorities, consultants and contractors to drive decisions, remove blockers, manage dependencies and maintain alignment on scope, quality, safety, commercial and schedule objectives.
•    Provide strategic advice to programme leadership on constructability, sequencing, procurement strategy, delivery risks, interface constraints, change impacts and recovery options.
•    Champion HSE, quality, sustainability, compliance and assurance expectations across the project lifecycle.
•    Approved project execution plans, mobilisation plans, delivery strategies, interface plans and stakeholder engagement plans.
•    Integrated schedules, lookahead plans, progress reports, dashboards, risk and issue registers, decision logs and escalation papers.
•    Package delivery plans, procurement and tender inputs, technical evaluations, change impact assessments and recovery/action plans.
•    Governance meeting packs, executive reporting, assurance responses, lessons learned and closeout documentation.

You’ll need to have:

•    Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, infrastructure planning or a related discipline. Master’s degree, chartered/professional registration, PMP, PRINCE2, APM, RICS, PMI-SP, Lean Construction or equivalent certification is preferred.
•  Extensive years of progressive experience in major infrastructure, capital projects, construction, urban development, transport, utilities, real estate, public realm or programme management environments.
•    Demonstrated senior project management experience leading complex packages, multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors in live delivery environments.
•    Strong track record in governance, project controls, procurement support, contract administration, authority coordination, stakeholder management, risk management and executive reporting.
•    Experience managing design-to-construction interfaces, utilities diversions, permits, handover readiness, commissioning, closeout and operational transition is preferred.
