The project:

This opportunity forms part of one of the most significant hyperscale data centre developments in the Asia Pacific region, delivering a multi-gigawatt, mission-critical campus in Queensland, Australia. With a projected construction programme spanning more than six years, the project offers the rare opportunity to contribute to a landmark development through multiple phases of design, delivery and operational readiness.

Working alongside a world-class client and an exceptional Mace team, you will help deliver infrastructure of the highest quality within a heavily regulated environment. This role will suit professionals who have experience on large-scale, complex projects and who consistently demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, professionalism and technical excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Supports planning, scheduling and monitoring across data centre projects and tenders.
- Assists in delivering planning activities aligned with project objectives and business priorities.
- Contributes to programme performance, reporting and successful project outcomes.
- Builds collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Promotes safety, quality, compliance and sustainability across all planning activities.
- Shares knowledge, embraces best practice and supports continuous improvement within project teams.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree in Construction, Engineering or related discipline with 8+ years' planning experience, within a complex project environment.
- Strong knowledge of planning methodologies, scheduling software and programme controls.
- Experience across multi-disciplinary construction and data centre environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Committed to service excellence, problem-solving and continuous professional development.
