岗位职责

- 产品全流程合规支持： 深度参与包括但不限于AI产品在内的中国区各类软硬件产品的设计、开发及上线过程，提供嵌入式法律支持。对软硬件产品进行全方位风险识别与合规评估。起草及审查产品相关协议、政策及业务指引。建立并优化产品合规评估流程和机制。
- 前沿法律研究： 持续跟踪适用于所负责产品的监管政策并推动在相关产品线落地。就AI技术带来的前沿问题进行识别及研究，并提供行动方案和管理建议。
- 跨团队协作与赋能： 与产品、研发、安全等团队紧密合作，推动合规方案落地实施。与数据合规、内容安全、AI合规、知识产权、贸易合规、开源合规、道德合规等合规团队共同配合为业务部门提供产品合规支持与海外安全与合规团队进行跨法域协作，确保中国区产品安全合规管理机制有效整合于集团的全球化合规框架。开展产品合规培训，提升业务团队的风险意识。
- 完成公司法务部门不时交办的其他法律和合规工作。

任职要求

- 本科及以上学历，通过中国司法考试，有海外法律职业资格或工作经验加分。
- 5年及以上律所/法务经验，熟悉数据、AI、知识产权等产品合规领域相关法律法规，有互联网或科技行业背景优先。
- 工作积极主动，严谨细致，负有责任心及团队合作精神，具备较强的逻辑思维能力、项目管理能力及分析及解决复杂问题的能力，具有良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力，勇于接受挑战。
- 对AI技术有基本了解，并对新技术保持高度敏感与持续学习能力。
- 英语可作为工作语言，能够进行跨国交流与合作。
