### Role Summary
Lenovo's Cloud Service Provider Segment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (ODTL) to lead end-to-end delivery of complex server infrastructure programs. This role is responsible for driving program execution across product development, manufacturing, integration, validation, deployment readiness, and sustaining support. The successful candidate will bring deep Server Program Management experience, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to drive execution across globally distributed teams. GPU and AI infrastructure exposure is valuable but not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of server infrastructure programs from development readiness through manufacturing, validation, deployment, and sustaining support.
- Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issue resolution activities, and change control processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, Operations, and Sales organizations.
- Drive program readiness activities, including product configurations, engineering changes, manufacturing readiness, validation, and deployment planning.
- Coordinate system-level and rack-level integration activities to ensure successful product launches and customer delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, remove execution barriers, establish recovery plans, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Provide clear executive-level program status updates, escalation management, and stakeholder communications.
- Demonstrate strong ownership by aligning teams, driving accountability, and ensuring program commitments are successfully delivered.

Basic Requirements

- 10+ years of project or program management experience within the technology, server, hardware infrastructure, or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing server product development, NPI, manufacturing, integration, or delivery programs.
- Proven experience working with Server platforms, Storage systems, Compute solutions, or related infrastructure products.
- Experience working within Tier-1 ODMs, OEMs, server manufacturers, or major technology organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong program planning, dependency management, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience collaborating with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering GPU servers, AI infrastructure solutions, high-density racks, or large-scale cluster programs.
- Experience supporting Cloud Service Providers, hyperscale customers, OEM/ODM manufacturers, or system integrators.
- Understanding of manufacturing and validation processes, including NPI, qualification, production ramp, and sustaining activities.
- Familiarity with server configuration management, engineering change processes, and supply chain transitions.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
